1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1. By creating an Account, accessing the gt98 platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any supplementary rules, game rules, bonus terms, and the gt98 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2. These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior oral or written communications, representations, or agreements between you and gt98 relating to the subject matter herein.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The gt98 platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit funds, and use any of the Services offered by gt98. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2. You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) to hold a gt98 Account.

3.3. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the gt98 platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. gt98 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is strictly forbidden.

3.4. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of gt98 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a Member Account or participate in any real-money betting activity on the platform.

3.5. gt98 reserves the right to require proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified to meet the minimum age requirement will be immediately suspended and any remaining balance will be returned via the original deposit method, less any bonuses awarded.

4. Account Registration

4.1. To access the full range of gt98 Services, you must create a single, personal Account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual (also referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4.2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your membership. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. gt98 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.1 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to security and fair play, gt98 may require Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting copies of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC requests must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the request notice. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the process is completed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.5. Before any withdrawal is approved, gt98 may require the Member to complete KYC verification as described in Section 4.1. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method or account that differs from the verified deposit source without explicit approval from the gt98 compliance team.

5.6. Funds held in a gt98 Account do not accrue interest. gt98 keeps Member funds in segregated accounts separate from operational funds to protect their integrity.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1. All bets placed on gt98 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and are updated periodically to reflect changes in format, scoring, or operational requirements.

6.2. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the gt98 system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the Member, except where explicitly permitted under the applicable event rules (e.g., in-play cash-out features where available).

6.3. gt98 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system or human error; (b) the event to which the bet relates has been abandoned, postponed, or otherwise rendered void under the applicable rules; (c) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or other corrupt activity associated with the event; or (d) the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms or any applicable game rules.

6.4. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, the decision of gt98's trading team shall be final and binding, subject only to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 16.

6.5. Cricket betting markets at gt98 cover, but are not limited to: Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, ICC Championship events, international ODIs, Tests, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. 7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1. gt98 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing Members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented.

7.2. Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all gt98 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different Accounts will be treated as multi-accounting and will result in Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings become available for withdrawal.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gt98 platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the Account (including real-money balances where the funds are connected to the prohibited activity), and may be reported to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt manipulation of sporting events.
• Using insider or non-public information to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino games involving multiple players.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including but not limited to depositing funds through the platform without placing genuine bets for the purpose of withdrawing clean funds.
• Registering multiple Accounts (multi-accounting) or using false identity information during registration.
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or software bugs to gain credits, wins, or advantages not intended by gt98.
• Using the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation tools to bypass geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening gt98 support staff or other Members via any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All content on the gt98 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, button designs, game interfaces, software code, trade names, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of gt98 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gt98 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of gt98.

9.3. In the event of Account suspension or termination due to a breach of these Terms, gt98 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any funds held in the Account that are connected to or derived from the prohibited activity. Real-money deposits not connected to any prohibited activity will be returned to the originating payment method following a compliance review.
